This is an energizing way to start your day or give yourself a midday boost, especially with the vanilla hemp protein powder. I really like adding dates (without pits, of course) to any smoothie—they thicken things up and sweeten the blend with a healthier kind of sugar. Also, the coconut water—a recent staple for me, especially in the morning—is super hydrating. The hemp seeds are a great source of essential fatty acids, protein, and vitamin E, and the Greek yogurt is going to give you some protein and a probiotic boost.


¾ cup coconut water

1 cup packed spinach leaves

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 large frozen banana

2 small pitted dates

1 tablespoon raw, shelled hemp seeds

2 tablespoons chia seeds
