1 green apple
1 rib celery
1 (1-centimeter) piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Juice of ½ lime
½ cup water
1 cup ice
1 large handful baby spinach
1 handful kale (about 6 small leaves)
Add everything but the ice and leafy greens to a blender. Blend away, then add the ice and pulse to combine. Finally, add the leafy greens and blend until smooth.
